Characteristics
The Residences-Village 4 people are little apartments on the first floor, they consist of two 2 bedrooms (one with 1 double bed and the other one with 2 single beds, not bunk beds). The two rooms are separated by a corridor in which the corner kitchen is located on one side and a comfortable bathroom on the other side. The double room is provided also with a large covered balcony-loggia where a table and chairs are placed.
All the lodgings (both the bungalows and the residences), besides the care in the furniture and in the quality of the finishing, have heat insulation, reserved car park and are provided with comfortable bathroom with shower and with wall hairdryer, fully equipped corner kitchen with fridge, safe and TV socket.
Reserved beach service always included in price (umbrella, deck chair, sun bed) and possibility to choose midweek stays.

The Residences price includes:
Welcome cocktail, private beach service (umbrella, deck chair, sun bed), consumptions
(water, electricity, gas), final cleaning, equipping to cook, quilt, sheets, towels,
reserved car park, the entertainment programme with the mini club activities, free wifi connection. No card
is needed and there aren't additional costs.
From 29 May to 12 June and from 28 August to 12 September, you can benefit of the special
week offers and of the weekend offers.
