Characteristics
The Residences-Village 4, recently restructured, people are little apartments on the first floor, they consist of two 2 bedrooms (one with 1 double bed and the other one with 2 single beds, not bunk beds). The two rooms are separated by a corridor in which the corner kitchen is located on one side and a comfortable bathroom on the other side. The double room is provided also with a large covered balcony-loggia where a table and chairs are placed.
All the lodgings (both the bungalows and the residences), beside the care in the furniture and in the quality of the finishing, have heat insulation, reserved car park and are provided with comfortable bathroom with shower and with wall hairdryer, fully equipped corner kitchen with fridge, safe. HD television and free unlimited WI-FI.
Reserved beach service always included in price (umbrella, deck chair, sun bed) and possibility to choose midweek stays.

Welcome courtesy kit, beach service (umbrella, deckchair, sun bed), unlimited WI-FI, HD television, reserved park for car, full entertainment program (mini club, evening shows, baby dance, aqua gym), final cleaning, equipping to cook, quilt, sheets, towels, consumptions (water, electricity, gas). On arrival, a nice gadget Don Diego and the precious emotional guide ‘Visit the Piceno’.
No card is needed and there aren’t additional costs.
